About E1
A new era in marine sports has arrived. E1 has toured global hotspots Jeddah, Venice, Puerto Banús, Monaco and Lake Como, and now brings Doha to its calendar for Season 2, adding it’s second venue in the Middle East. Season 2 will consist of 7 races, culminating in Miami, USA.
The Racebirds

The Teams
Season 1 saw Team Brady, led by Tom Brady, 7-time Super Bowl Champion and entrepreneur, win the Championship, against rival teams led by Will Smith, Didier Drogba, Rafa Nadal, Steve Aoki, Marc Anthony, Marcelo Claure and Virat Kohli. Team AlUla, championed by LeBron James enters the Championship for Season 2. Each team comprises of one male and one female pilot.
The Race Course
One of Doha’s most iconic landmarks, The Pearl Island, will act as the centre piece for the upcoming Qatar race; the Racebirds will speed through the waters surrounding The Pearl at exhilarating velocity and with extreme precision.
